At Apex Interactive Services LLC LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality software development, custom web application services, and IT solutions. Because our services are custom-built and digital in nature, the following terms govern our refund and cancellation practices.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Custom Software & Web Development Projects: Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to support@apexinteractivegroup.com.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon receipt of a cancellation request, work on the project will cease immediately. The client will be billed for all work completed up to the official date of cancellation, based on the agreed-upon milestones or hourly rate.

2. Refund Policy

  • Initial Deposits / Milestones: Payments made for initial deposits or completed project milestones are non-refundable once the deliverables for that specific phase have been approved or delivered.

  • Service Discrepancies: If a completed project or deliverable does not meet the functional specifications mutually agreed upon in the statement of work (SOW), clients must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will attempt to remediate any issues at no extra cost.

  • Eligible Refunds: If we are unable to fulfill the core scope of work or resolve critical non-conformities within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund for the unfulfilled portion of the contract may be issued at our discretion.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Transaction fees incurred during payment processing via credit card or bank transfer may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable by law.
